He gave me kisses this morning. Then I realized it was Valentine’s Day. Then I realized I was late for class!

You should see my face when people say, “Where have you been? I miss your face!”
I know what it means, but why not just say “I miss seeing your face”? So, did you miss me or did you just really miss my face, which… last time I checked… everyone had? What are you going to do with my face now that I know you missed it so much? I’m sorry if my knee, not-quite-yet-perfect abs, or scraped up elbow wasn’t good enough for you to miss.
